Terciopelo now takes up a special place in the restored 1930s home that also houses Fortuita, a coffee shop, and is there to offer patrons a culinary experience that is inspired by both family heritage and new experiences.
Terciopelo, meaning velvet in Spanish, evokes the softness of memory, the warmth of the fabric we weave with family, and the richness of decadent desserts.
We loved creating a logo and illustration system that spoke to this, while incorporating a bright color palette to add freshness to the gift of nostalgia.
